The name “Penkey” is a fun blend of “penguin” and “monkey”—pet names for Amanda and John—reflecting our light-hearted, yet heartfelt approach to everything we do. It’s also a nod to our local roots, with “Pen” referencing Pennington and “Key” from Keyhaven.
